Hi there Syrius,
I'm glad that you are interested in joining us! Before a guild invite is sent, I want to make sure that you understand our Dacovale procedure.
Upon joining Fists of Heaven, all new members begin at the rank of Dacovale. This rank is a probationary rank as full guild members begin to get to know you and give their opinions on how well you will fit into the guild, and also for you to see if we're the right guild for you; Dacovale periods usually last about a month though they can be shorter or longer depending on your activity in the guild and the responses given to the Council. These responses will be posted in a separate section of these forums called the Dacovale Evaluations, which are not visible to Dacovales and are kept confidential. When the Council feels there has been enough input to make a decision, you will either be promoted or asked to please leave.
Being a Dacovale does affect your raiding with us until you are promoted, so if you really want to raid, it is in your best interests to be active. Dacovales cannot take raid slots or gear from full members (Fists and above) and are considered equal with alts of full members. This is not to discourage you, because many times our guild members will pass slots or gear to others, but it is a rule and you do need to be aware of it. (For more information on exactly how our raiding works, please go read the Fists of Heaven Raiding Rules in the Raiding Manifesto section of these forums.)
You are encouraged to remind full members to post in your Evaluation after you run something with them in order to hopefully speed up your Dacovale period.
If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know! If there are no questions, you can contact any officer in-game to get a guild invite.
-Arithin
