Since its a good idea...
Fun To Play: Yes. (Balance is good for those that like ranged, feralbear is good for those that like tanking, feralcat is good for those that like melee dps --and a complicated priority system--, StitchyStitchy is good for those that like to keep an eye on hots when healing, though there are now some good cast heals.)
Easy to Level: Feral is good, especially at 50 when you can get mangle. Balance is also good, but you have to drink a lot. (Though, early druid levels, you can be speccing feral and still level balance. Rotating through killing things with your mana bar, then swapping to a rage or energy bar until your mana bar is back, is a pretty good system for early levels.)
More DPS at 80: Feralcat is more dps than balance at 80 as far as I know, assuming equivalent gear and skill. Feralcat is a lot better in blues than balance is--feralcats start out really good and scale less than other classes as upgrades come. Plus, the cat priority can take some getting used to (several things to keep up, no set "rotation").
Better for PvP: StitchyStitchy. Or balance. Definitely not feral.
Needed in Guild: StitchyStitchy or feralbear (because yay healers and tanks, always needed!) but play what you want.
Needed for Pugs: StitchyStitchy or feralbear because again, healers and tanks are always needed for pugs.
Less Common: Really haven't seen many ferals recently. Balance and StitchyStitchy seem to be more common.
Less Hassle: Umm... maybe balance, I think they have less buffs to watch for to know what to hit.
Better with New Patch: StitchyStitchy is still really strong, feral is getting a slight nerf but it shouldn't be bad. Balance was untouched, I think.
